Extended Care
Students who are not picked up by the end of dismissal will be automatically enrolled in afternoon care. Each additional student from a family will receive a 20% discount on the full early and after-care rates. Tuition discounts do not apply to extended care.
Tuition Deposit
Alexandria Classical Christian Academy requires a tuition deposit of $1,550, which includes the $250 registration fee, $350 facility fee, $250 experience fee, and $700 tuition deposit upon receipt of the signed Enrollment Contract. The tuition deposit and fees are nonrefundable. Tuition deposits are additionally due annually in March for returning families.

Tuition Payment Schedule
The tuition balance is paid in ten equal installments the first of each month from August through May. Please note that in March families will additionally pay their tuition deposit for the following academic year of $1,550 as well as tuition payment for the current academic year.

Tuition Assistance & Discounts
ACCA is committed to providing an exceptional education. Need-based financial aid is available to cover up to 75% of tuition for those who demonstrate financial need.
Prepayment Discount
A 5% discount on total tuition will be applied for any prepayment of school tuition prior to July 31st of the school year.

Military and Ministry Discount
A discount of 10% off tuition rates is available to all families who have a parent on active duty or full-time guard/reserve status, or in full-time Christian ministry other than pastoring. A recent (<6 months old) LES or copy of orders must be shown as proof of military service. A letter from your church or ministry organization will be required to verify full-time employment.
Pastor/Clergy Discount
A discount of 50% off tuition rates is available to families who have a parent serving in full-time pastoral ministry. The position must be designated as “clergy” or “member of a religious missionary order” as defined by the IRS. A letter from the church or RMO will be required to verify this status.
Financial Aid
If there is a financial need above any awarded discount, or if no discount is available, families are encouraged to apply for need-based tuition assistance through Clarity.
The Alexandria Classical Christian Academy Financial Aid Program is designed to make an ACCA education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. ACCA is proud to use the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.

To get started, please go to the **Clarity Application** and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

The deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is March 1, 2025.
